Identification of the Parties<\/h3>\n<p>1.1. <strong>Platform Owner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OLISTIK.LIFE is a platform managed by <\/span><b>COMITANTE SL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with registered office at <\/span><b>Alzina 11, 07014 Palma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, NIF\/CIF <\/span><b>B56283260<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.2. <strong>Platform Users<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two types of users are identified:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) <strong>Wellness Explorers<\/strong> (clients) &#8211; People who purchase products or services through the platform.<\/li>\n<li>b) <strong>Knowledge Guardians<\/strong> (suppliers) &#8211; Professionals or companies that offer products and\/or services on Olistik.life.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h3>2. Object of the Contract<\/h3>\n<p>2.1. <strong>Olistik.life acts as an intermediary<\/strong> between Wellness Explorers and Knowledge Keepers, providing a platform that facilitates the purchase and sale of holistic products and services.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. <strong>Olistik.life is not the direct<\/strong> seller of the products or services offered by Knowledge Keepers, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>2.3. <strong>Olistik.life retains<\/strong> a 21% commission on each transaction made on the platform, which is automatically deducted before transferring the corresponding balance to the Knowledge Guardian.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h3>3. Conditions of Use of the Platform<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. <strong>User Registration<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 Para comprar o vender en Olistik.life, es obligatorio registrarse y proporcionar informaci\u00f3n veraz y actualizada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 Olistik.life se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar cualquier cuenta en caso de actividad fraudulenta o incumplimiento de los presentes t\u00e9rminos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2. <\/span><b>Veracidad y Responsabilidad de la Informaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to buy or sell on Olistik.life, it is mandatory to register and provide truthful and updated information.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Olistik.life reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account in case of fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3. <strong>Truthfulness and Re<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0All contents of Olistik.life (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Knowledge Guardians guarantee that they have rights over the products and services they offer, and exempt Olistik.life from any claim for infringement of third party rights.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h3>4. Purchase and Payment Process<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. <strong>Purchase of Products and Services<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The user can purchase products and services offered on the platform by following the purchase process.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By completing the purchase, the user accepts the specific conditions of the product or service purchased.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. <strong>Payments and Commission Retention<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Olistik.life processes payments and automatically retains the 21% commission before transferring the remaining balance to the Knowledge Guardian.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Payments are made in EUR. If the provider is located outside the Eurozone they receive payment in their local currency with automatic conversion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h3>5. Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1. <strong>Responsibility of the Knowledge Keeper<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0In the event of a return or refund, the management and responsibility lies solely with the Knowledge Keeper.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Olistik.life does not refund its commission under any circumstances, unless the cancellation is due to a technical error of the platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2. \u00a0<strong>Refund Deadlines<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refund terms and conditions will vary according to the type of product or service and the policies of each Knowledge Guardian.<\/li>\n<li>For digital products or services already provided, no refunds will be accepted, subject to legal exceptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h3>6. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Parties<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1. <strong>Olistik.life<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate an operational and secure platform for the purchase and sale of products and services.<\/li>\n<li>To guarantee the correct management of payments and transfers.<\/li>\n<li>Not to assume any responsibility for the quality, delivery or fulfilment of the services offered by Knowledge Guardians.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.2. <strong>Knowledge Guardians<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with all applicable legal and fiscal regulations in their country.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality products and services as described in their publications.<\/li>\n<li>Issue valid invoices in accordance with the legislation of your country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3. <strong>Wellness Explorers<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the platform honestly and respectfully.<\/li>\n<li>Understand that Olistik.life is only an intermediary and that any complaints should be addressed directly to the Knowledge Guardian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h3>7. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.\u00a0<strong>Exclusion of Warranties<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Olistik.life does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform and is not liable for technical failures or failures of third parties.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2. <strong>Indemnification<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Users agree to exempt Olistik.life from any claims arising from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contractual breaches between Guardians and Explorers.<\/li>\n<li>Problems with international payments and currency conversions.<\/li>\n<li>Non-compliance with tax regulations by suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h3>8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.1. <strong>Law<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.2. <strong>Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any dispute will preferably be resolved amicably.<\/li>\n<li>If no agreement is reached, the parties agree to submit to the Courts of <strong>Palma de Mallorca<\/strong>, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h3>9. Modifications of the Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n<p>Olistik.life reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users at <strong>least 15 days in advance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h3>10.
